Overview

The Corporate Sales and Premium Seating Manager is responsible for working with and assisting the Director of Corporate Sales in executing premium seating and advertising sales and servicing efforts on behalf of the Budweiser Events Center and The Ranch, in Loveland, CO. Basic function includes premium seating and corporate sponsorships sales along with finding ways to grow revenue for the building while maintaining high levels of customer services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting, selling, cultivating and maintaining Club Seats, Suites and Corporate Sponsorship sales for the complex
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients 
  • Responsible for making cold calls & sales presentations for the complex
  • Responsible for servicing and fulfillment of Club Seats and Suites for all events (Includes but not limited to processing and mailing tickets, contracts, assist in updating and sending collateral, and follow-up of meetings)
  • Solicit, develop, and service sponsorship, advertising, and promotions partners for accounts 
  • Creation and development of sales presentation materials and collateral materials
  • Generate sales leads 
  • Report on sales activity as requested 
  • Assist in the identification of the applicable inventory in the Budweiser Events Center and The Ranch
  • Sales of all inventory- achieving appropriate goals as determined by management 
  • Adhere to established reporting procedures for all sales activity 
  • Work with the facilities staff to communicate sales activity, finalize sales, contract fulfillment and account servicing 
  • Responsible for working with outside agencies/vendors to get all corporate partnerships signage created and placed
  • Responsible for creating year end recaps for corporate partners
  • Responsible for communicating to client and prospects through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gathering, etc.
  • Work with the marketing department on opportunities to cross sell corporate partners
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Corporate Sales, General Manager of building, and Regional Director

Qualifications

  • Must be a team player and be able to work efficiently and effectively within the established culture
  • Demonstrates or has prior advertising/sponsorship experience/knowledge of local corporate market
  • Previous experience in a similar working environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
  • Proficiency with data processing and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work nights, all events, weekends, and certain holidays as required, in addition to normal business hours
