GROUP SALES COORDINATOR - Budweiser Gardens (London, ON)
ENTITY: Global Spectrum Facility Management
REPORTS TO: Group Sales Director
LOCATION: Budweiser Gardens (London, ON, Canada N6A6K1)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business management, sports management, business administration or other related field
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership, organizational and computer skills required
• Ability to travel as required, car owner
• Willingness to work the hours necessary to meet sales goals
• Photoshop
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for managing and developing an existing client base of accounts
• Responsible for conducting an aggressive outbound and in person sales campaign
in order to create new business opportunities
• Responsible for overseeing in conjunction with Director all aspects of the sales, marketing
and solicitation of new business opportunities for the Group Sales department at JLC which
promotes selected family shows and events and dinner packages
• Creation on dinner and pre party packages and events within events
• Responsible for contributing to the continuing development of Group Sales Department at
Budweiser Gardens and creation of new revenue streams for department.
• Responsible for recruiting and leading interns
• Liaise with promoters on selected group sales plans and budgets
• Work with London Lightning on creation and implementation of their Group Sales program
• Assist in managing the creation and implementation of sales related collateral pieces on an event by event basis. Photoshop experience required.
• Create event settlements as required
• Assist with all aspects of departmental customer service
• Ticketing for dinner packages, pre-event parties and group orders for Budweiser Gardens events
• Assist with development and implementation of revenue and expense budget for group sales department
• Assist in tracking and managing weekly sales reports
• Event day responsibilities as required to include evenings and weekends
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Facility Operations/Security/Event Management: Parking Operations
PARKING MANAGER (Part-Time) - Budweiser Events Center (Loveland, CO)
Reports To: Event Manager & Assistant General Manager
Supervises: Parking Attendants
Status: Part-Time; Hourly; Nonexempt
Summary:
Manager will assist in daily operations of all Budweiser Events Center parking locations. Position is responsible for various administrative duties and ensuring staff has appropriate knowledge and tools for customer service focus and efficient operations.
JOB FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to…):
• Assist Event Manager in supervision of part time parking attendants.
• Organize, prepare and distribute work schedules for staffing specific event needs.
• Track attendance of staff according to Attendance Policy; promptly notify Manager/HR when warnings are needed
• Communicate event schedules and information with parking staff and Event Manager.
• Monitor lot during events, to ensure cars are parked quickly and effectively; immediately contacting Manager if issues arise
• Maintain daily parking records and track parking tickets.
• Work in a variety of parking locations and positions.
• Reconcile ticket sales to cash in accordance with established accounting procedures.
• Prepare various operational and financial reports regarding areas of responsibility in absence of Event Manager.
• Assist Manager in communication of policy, process and procedure updates/information with parking staff.
• Assist Manager in training staff in efficient parking operations and to maximize revenue.
• Monitor lots during events to ensure smooth ingress of the interior and exterior of the lots.
• Tactfully and promptly resolve all customer service issues related to parking in absence of Manager.
• Inspect work productivity of parking attendants to ensure that the highest levels of efficiency, accuracy and customer service are met.
• Assist in operation of daily events as business demands to provide excellent customer service.
• Greet and direct customers entering parking lots.
• Provide change and/or additional tickets to ticket sellers when necessary.
• Verify proper documentation on all cars going through lanes.
• Set up A-frame signs, parking cones, and reserved/disabled parking signs as event needs.
• Identify and problem solve parking issues; prevent when possible.
• Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients.
• Exemplify the ‘How You Doin’ philosophies.
• Work in cooperation with law enforcement officers as a team.
• Provide accurate information regarding incidents or accidents to Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and cash handling skills.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writing.
• Must have demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Windows Outlook (Email), Word and Excel document to create, update and maintain department information.
• Must have the ability to work flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working with the public.
