Front Row Marketing Services:  A Comcast-Spectacor company, Front Row Marketing is the leading company in venue sponsorship sales.  Representing over 75 stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, convention centers, entertainment districts, teams and Universities across North America.

Job Description:  The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for overseeing and executing the advertising, sponsorship, and corporate partnership sales effort on behalf of this iconic venue and it’s sister property. The venue is located in Los Angeles, with the sister property in Orange County.  Job functions include the extensive sales, development, and servicing of corporate sponsorship partnerships while maintaining high levels of client service.


Status: Full Time Salary + Commissions


Reporting Relationships:

Reports To: Front Row Regional Vice President with dual reporting to General Manager at properties

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Managing the corporate partnership program for Venue

  • Working as a team with Venue staff to accomplish goals

  • Prospecting, selling, cultivating and maintaining the sponsorships, advertising and corporate partnerships for properties

  • Soliciting new cash partnerships

  • Achieving established sales goals and budgets as set by the Regional Vice President

  • Conducting cold calls & budget relieving trade sales presentations for the property

  • Overseeing, coordinating and leading the execution of partnership fulfillment and inventory management

  • Working with property General Managers to develop and sell new inventory

  • Servicing all corporate sponsorships through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gatherings, partnership summaries, etc.

  • Creating new client initiatives to better serve the corporate partners

  • Design of customized sales proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners

  • Creation/implementation of new ideas/opportunities that drive revenue

  • Tracking prospective sales via company’s CRM tools

  • Working and attending events, promotions and Front Row Marketing events

  • Cultivating and building a good working relationship with different personnel and departments within the property

  • Other duties as assigned by Regional Vice President and key personnel at property



  • Must be a team player and be able to work efficiently and effectively within the established culture of Front Row and Property

  • Must have extensive sponsorship sales experience – minimum of 5-7 years in sales, preferably in the concert or professional sports marketplace

  • Preferably has advertiser contacts and relationships in the Southern California market

  • Demonstrates or has prior advertising/sponsorship experience/knowledge of local corporate market and/or industry

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experiences

  • Proficiency with data processing and MS Office applications

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, events and holidays as required


  • Salary and commissions will commensurate with qualifications.

Reports to: Manager of Analytics

Type: Paid

Number of Positions: 1 full-time hours (40) or 2 part-time hours (up to 20)

• Open to COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY, Junior or Senior year or Graduate Students; 3.3 or higher G.P.A. required
• The internship is paid however transportation and housing arrangements are the responsibility of the students
• Prefer students studying marketing, business administration, advertising, management, sports marketing, or related programs
• Proficient operating knowledge of general office equipment and computers is required
• Proficient working/operational knowledge of the following software programs: MS Office, and Internet search engine proficiency
• Candidates must also display a high level of maturity, a solid work ethic, and good social skills, be goal-oriented and have the ability to multi-task

Internship Functions:
• Intern will gain knowledge, experience and skills in the sports and venue marketing and advertising industry
• The intern will be involved and assist with the development, implementation and execution of marketing plans developed for client projects as well as Front Row Marketing Services new business development
• Intern will report directly to the Marketing Manager, and work directly with Front Row Marketing Services staff on various projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
