Marketing Manager - Front Row Marketing Services (Wells Fargo Center) (Philaelphia, PA)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Member of Comcast-Spectacor business development team, working specifically with Front Row Marketing Services and Global Spectrum to secure new clients and grow brand awareness
  • Coordinate the design and content of RFP responses, new business proposals, and oral presentations on behalf of Global Spectrum and Front Row Marketing Services
  • Work with Front Row Marketing Services on-site staff and regional management to develop, customize, and update sponsorship sales collateral on an as-needed basis
  • Develop and manage Front Row’s advertising campaign, including ad placements, budgeting, and design/content development
  • Design, customize, and maintain Front Row Marketing and Global Spectrum marketing materials, including case studies, company brochures, company websites, and similar items
  • Develop and distribute external communications, including press releases, email newsletters, and client surveys
  •  Assist in sponsorship fulfillment for select Front Row Marketing clients on an as-needed basis
  • Participate in miscellaneous projects pertaining to business development for Global Spectrum, Front Row Marketing, and other Comcast-Spectacor companies

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and demonstrated organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of marketing or related industry experience (experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferred)
  •  Excellent oral, written, and computer communication skills
  • Goal oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work well independently
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Intellectual/Social demands:

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits.  Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including: following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. Employees in this role will constantly be in leadership role; this requires directing others either verbally or in writing to complete tasks in prescribed time frame.  This position also requires constant use of interpersonal skills including: ability to direct/motivate/inform staff and foster collaboration, being able to recognize and resolve conflicts, being able to openly communicate in writing and verbally with clients.

 Physical demands:

While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer and other office devices such telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc; occasionally moves about inside the office to access storage areas, cabinets and office machinery; constantly moves about the facility to service clients and supervise Interns; constantly communicates via telephone, email and in-person with others to exchange accurate information.

 Work environment:

 The essential functions of this job are usually performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud during events and minimal during non-event times.
