• University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma - electronics engineering technology or electronics or broadcast technology with work experience in Video/Audio Engineering
• 3-7 years Related Industry Experience
• Extensive knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, Audio and Video systems, lighting systems, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to trouble-shoot lighting, audio and video equipment and determine and execute decisions.
• Working knowledge of non-linear video editing systems, video playback, Daktronics, replay, cameras and related hardware
• Proven experience with video/matrix boards, at a fast paced arena or like venue. Prior Daktronics experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong time-management and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently with different internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work comfortably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The Singapore Sports Hub will have an extensive inventory of digital equipment that will put Sports Hub on the leading edge of technology in delivering a first-class event experience for promoters and patrons.

• National Stadium – 2 Daktronics Scoreboards, 2 LED Ribbons, LED roof panels and lighting system
• Indoor Stadium – 1 scoreboard, 2 LED Ribbons
• Aquatic Centre – 2 Scoreboards
• Sports Halls – 2 Scoreboards
• Water Sports – 1 Scoreboard
• TVs – A network of 200 TVs across the Sports Hub Campus
• Audio Equipment
• Lighting Equipment
• Video cameras and editing equipment

We are looking for an AV Manager to manage and oversee the equipment and AV program for event days and non-event days on behalf of SportsHub Pte Ltd. This position also requires a high level of creativity in creating and delivering dynamic, exciting, and compelling content to generate excitement from promoters and the public surrounding events at Sports Hub.

Duties to include:
• Management of promoters’ Game-day presentation for core sports at the National Stadium Control Centre – football, rugby, cricket, athletics
• Management of promoter AV needs for concerts
• Management/oversight of Daktronics equipment in all venues on event days and non-event days
• Working knowledge of non-linear video editing systems, video playback, Daktronics, replay, cameras and related hardware
• Management of control room at National Stadium
• Oversee implementation of in-house announcements being broadcast at each event
• Oversee broadcast hook-up activities
• Coordination of third party production crew for various promoter game presentation needs
• Creation and development of unique and creative content for scoreboards, TVs and LED ribbons to upsell to promoters in packages
• Logistic management of content for all scoreboards and TVs across the campus
• Video production on non-event days for various projects required by SHPL Marketing, as well as possible stakeholder projects.
• Act as liaison between SHPL and contracted shows for technical advances
• Maintain work logs to ensure proper and timely recording of work activity
• Coordinate all video and audio routing throughout the facilities
• Update and maintain all technical drawings related to all lighting, audio and video equipment and signal paths
• Manage the set and strike of temporary speakers, projectors, lighting for various events and internal needs
• Manage all communications connectivity throughout the building and with outside companies when necessary
• Create and finalize budgeting plan to address in-house and event needs
• Oversee technical manuals that house inventory
• Work with T-Systems and DTZ to maintain equipment, oversee the handover process
• Oversee COMPASS music licensing process when necessary
• Be trained in the Colorado Timing System
• Establish policies and procedures for content on the various equipment, i.e. venue sponsors vs promoter use
• Meet various KPIs that are assigned.
• Other duties as assigned and are created.
• Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, hours for this position will be flexed based on events days.

Job Summary:
The Ticket Sales Executive will sell and service new and existing group sales accounts, generate new ideas to increase ticket sales to sporting events at the XL Center, and execute basic office tasks as needed.

Job Functions:
• Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sale of group tickets, ticket packages and individual game tickets to to multiple sporting events
• Establish professional relationships in order to create repeat business and superior customer service
• Utilize and maintain effective contacts (sales leads) through the use of our CRM – Salesforce
• Use proactive tactics to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
• Use telemarketing as a tool to sell group, and ticket packages to local companies and organizations from provided lists
• Call past customers and new customers to generate ticket revenue
• Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket packages
• Meet or exceed appointed sales goals for all ticket packages
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records
• Staff events to assist ticket sales promotional programs
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, communications, sports management or other related field
• Prior ticket sales experience in sports/entertainment is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Paciolan and CRM Systems preferred.
• Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including event nights and weekends as required
• Must be detailed-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure
