Overview:
The Sr. Vice President is responsible for overall management, promotion, and operation of the venue, including construction, purchasing, policy formulation, booking, marketing, finance, food and beverage, box office, advertising, security, production, maintenance, and related operations. He/she also gives direction to each department, as needed, through each department’s director.

Qualifications:

• Ability to express ideas efficiently, effectively and professionally through both oral and written communication in the Russian language
• Minimum of ten (10) years management experience in an Arena, Convention Center, Hotel or other similar public assembly facility, including some consulting experience and at least three (3) years of supervisory responsibility to director-level employees
• Proven leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of venue operations management, budget control and personnel management
• Ability to apply conflict resolution and problem-solving skills in a team-oriented environment
• Superior Sales and Marketing skills
• Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally
• Sports and entertainment experience and relationships with international entertainment promoters a plus

Job Functions:

• Oversee applicable departments for the facility
• Develop relationships and interact with service providers
• Oversee overall event management and responsibility for booking sports and entertainment events
• Provide cost analysis for operations as it relates to facility management
• Manage capital projects and coordinate efforts to reduce costs
• Actively pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing programs
• Attend conferences and trade association meetings
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
