  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, English, Journalism, or Marketing preferred

  • 3+ years experience preparing proposals and PowerPoint presentations preferred

  • Must have a thorough understanding of grammar and strong copy writing/editing skills

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

  • Ability to successfully balance several high priority projects at once

  • Ability to successfully complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Available to work occasional nights and weekends, when necessary

  • High levels of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet research

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign preferred


  • Member of Comcast-Spectacor business development team, working specifically with Global Spectrum and Front Row Marketing Services to secure new clients

  • Assist with writing, researching, editing, and publishing responses to requests for proposals, presentations, and other components of the bid/sales process

  • Continuously conduct research to maintain and update databases and files:

  • Facility management industry

  • Other private management companies

  • New venues/venues with contracts expiring in the near future

  • Utilize the internet to find detailed information pertaining to all fields in market research template

  • Track all projects on a weekly basis by researching recent press releases/articles on the internet, local newspapers, and/or phone/email correspondence to potential clients

  • Compile information on existing Global Spectrum-managed facilities

  • Assist with maintaining, updating, and managing corporate sales materials including website, case studies, company brochures, and similar items

  • Assist with general business development and marketing projects

  • Coordinate sales packets of company information to be sent to potential and existing clients

  • Assist with managing contract and business development files

  • Support office management including ordering supplies and equipment, processing invoices, ensuring maintenance of office equipment, records/file organization and retention, etc.

  • Provide administrative support including:

  • Schedule conference calls and meetings

  • Complete expense reports

  • Coordiante corporate travel with company travel agent

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Participate in miscellaneous projects pertaining to business development for Global Spectrum, Front Row Marketing, and other Comcast-Spectacor companies
