Location: Wachovia Center (Philadelphia, PA)

Reports To: Coordinator, Hockey Operations

Duration: Current Options - Part-time and Full-time Summer ‘10 Semester

Qualifications:
• Open to college juniors, seniors and graduate students seeking internships for class credits
• Applicant must be reliable and posses a general willingness to assume any and all jobs with an ability to work in very high profile situations
• Candidates must have the ability to creatively and enthusiastically handle demands and work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong computer skills are needed
• Ice hockey experience is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
• Assist as an ESYHF coordinator for rink activities in the Philadelphia area
• Assist in the preparation and coordination for all ESYHF events, and other events conducted by Comcast-Spectacor entities
• Attend meetings, assist with internal and external inquiries, maintain databases, and conduct preliminary research
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials
• Assist with the control and planning for merchandise and equipment inventory
• Assist with activities for potential ESYHF sponsors, contributors and partners
• Assist in developing and maintaining website, newsletter and related materials
• Occasional night/weekend duties and travel in the Greater Phila area are required
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
