Internship Description:

• Assist in promoting and implementing all family shows and sporting events with Group Sales and Marketing
• Assist in researching target markets, creating promotional materials and developing and implementing event promotions
• General administrative duties Become familiar with the shows/events • Assist in updating and maintaining the department database and spreadsheets
• Other tasks and duties as assigned
• Learn to make sales call to promote show and gain group sales
• Help with the development of Direct mail pieces
• Assist the Marketing Director and Manager in creating awareness for all events at the Sovereign Bank Arena
• Responsible for conducting demographic and psychographics research for various department projects and upcoming events

Qualifications:

• Open to COLLEGE juniors, seniors or graduate students who are seeking an internship as part of their curriculum
• The individual must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, a conscientious work effort, ability to be a team player and the desire to learn and work in a fast paced environment
• Individual must be willing to dedicate a steady schedule to the position
• No financial compensation is available and travel and housing arrangements are the responsibility of the students
