Summary:	
The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and the management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
&amp;bull;	Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business management, sports management, business administration or other related field
&amp;bull;	Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible box office/ticketing experience, preferable with a sports facility, convention center, performing arts facility or other multi-purpose public assembly facility

JOB FUNCTIONS:
&amp;bull;	Supervises and evaluates the work of box office employees and part time box office representatives
&amp;bull;	Effectively recommends personnel actions related to selection, performance review, scheduling and discipline
&amp;bull;	Administers personnel and related policies and procedures
&amp;bull;	Manages ticket sales for the Enid Event Center &amp;amp; Convention Hall
&amp;bull;	Maintains daily ticket office accounting records, balance and deposits all ticket monies daily. Including but not limited to the ESR report, daily accounting reports, promoters event audits, etc.
&amp;bull;	Advises promoters on setting up the ticketing system for their event with New Era
&amp;bull;	Compiles and builds individual events.&amp;nbsp; Setting up ticket prices, discounts, seating charts, and other information that pertains to the event
&amp;bull;	Plans schedule for needed personnel for both full time and part time staff on a monthly basis
&amp;bull;	Prepares and interprets event sales statement, and other related reports.
