Hours Required: Wings Home Games

Job Description:
Assist Wings game night staff with the implementation of promotions, fulfilling sponsorship commitments, execution of special events, assisting sales staff with client relations taking place on game days while displaying an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing attitude.

Requirements:

• Must be a college junior, senior or grad student seeking an internship for class credit
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Must be punctual
• Energetic and highly motivated
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Creative and proactive problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Skills and Abilities:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented. Able to make independent decisions, quick learner, problem solver

• Ability to follow instructions
• Detail oriented w/ exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Attend all games and show up on time
• Assist in implementation in-arena Promotions
• Escort guests of the Wings as needed
• Assist with organization of promotional materials
• Select contestants for in game contests
• Assist with all game setup needs
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Wings Marketing and Sales staff
